Working together on our cohesion
The happy reunion! Having lunch together, catching up, making new friends. But also: working on cohesion in our field. Artists and institutions, different generations and scales, different needs and visions of art… Do we really have more opposing interests than common goals, or does it just seem that way?
Opposites can be complementary, even attract each other. Time to work on our magnetic arts field! We will consider some situations in the performing arts field where frictions arise today, and look at them from different angles.
Play and learn with us! And make new friends. We will start with a communal lunch at 1pm.
For this day, we apply a bring an artist policy.
KVS BOXFlanders Arts Institute informs art and music professionals about the broad arts field and we bring them together around knowledge and experiences, including internationally. We monitor the field on an ongoing basis and conduct short- and long-term research on current themes. We provide the Flemish Government with tailored knowledge and advice. All of Kunstenpunt’s activities are dedicated to the permanent development and renewal of the Flemish arts field.
