ONLINE
Secure payment via Visa/Eurocard or Bancontact.
Your reservation will be confirmed immediately.
You can print your tickets as pdf, save them on your smartphone or in your Wallet.

 

EVENING BOX OFFICE
From 1 hour before the performance, at the venue where the performance takes place. Only tickets for that evening’s performance.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Bancontact, Visa/MasterCard, Culture voucher, Article 27, cash.

 

RESERVED TICKETS
Reserved but unpaid tickets expire half an hour before the start of the performance.

 

CANCELLATION
Tickets will be refunded only if a performance is cancelled and only by bank transfer.

TheaterFestival carefully curated three combinations of two performances each. Enjoy a 15% discount when you purchase a combo. How to proceed? Go to the performance page of one of the performances in your combo, click on the correct price category and choose your desired ticket. Yay!

Paspartoe, Article 27 & ECD card
Het TheaterFestival accepts Paspartoe, Article 27 and ECD card.
People with limited income pay only €2 for a performance through Paspartoe.
Through Article 27, people from vulnerable groups pay €1.25 per ticket.
With the ECD card or European Disability Card you can reserve a free ticket for your companion.
You can buy these tickets in the ticketshop or reserve them by phone.

 

GIFTCARD (coming soon!)

Gift an evening of theatrical pleasure (or more than one)! Choose the amount the recipient can use for the 2023 festival, at the ticket counter or online. The remaining amount remains available, so you don’t have to spend the full amount in one go.

 

FestivALL (coming soon!)
When purchasing your ticket, you can choose to make a solidarity contribution. With your donation you contribute to a free ticket for people with a limited budget. Learn more on our accessibility page.

 

WAITING LIST
For sold-out performances, a waiting list is set up at the performance venue 1 hour before start. You can only sign in on the spot. We cannot guarantee a seat, but if you arrive early there is a good chance that you will still get a ticket.

 

CHILDREN ALLOWED?
If you want to take your children to the performance, please check the website to see which performances are family friendly.

 

WHEELCHAIR USERS
Please report your arrival in advance (preferably 1 week before date), then we ensure a good seat and if desired also guidance. All TheaterFestival venues are wheelchair accessible.

 

CELL PHONES, PHOTOS & RECORDINGS
Please turn off your cell phone completely during the performance. No photos, sound or visual recordings of the performance are allowed.
